Here at QuickSTAT, our Hillsborough site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.Your RoleDevelop and maintain relationships with clients Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with main clientsRun daily activity reports and maintain overall awareness of live shipmentsComplete and send client reportsProvide shipment specific updates where requiredEscalate all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team and applicable Business Development account ManagerReport to Regional Director of OperationsSchedule : Standard shift between the hours of 7am-7pm (please note that this is a 24 / 7 / 365 facility and flexibility to work any shift is required.Your Skills and ExperiencesAssociate's degree or equivalent experience required2 years of experience in customer service experience1 years of experience working in an office environmentGood Reasons to JoinThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
