Your Responsibilities
- Responding to Inquiries: Promptly respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while providing accurate and timely information.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer needs and issues in a timely manner, employing creative problem-solving skills to deliver optimal solutions, including handling escalated issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Collaboration: Foster ongoing collaboration with other teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the customer service management system to facilitate effective follow-up and resolution.
- Results-Driven Environment: Thrive in a results-driven environment where meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals is the norm, including response times, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Impact on Customers: Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience.

- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer needs to minimize disruptions and maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to addressing customer issues and improving their experience.
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding performance goals contributes to consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- 2 years' relevant experience in Sea Logistics.
- 2 years' relevant experience in Customer Service.
- Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries, major cities, seaport.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Administration Regulations (FAA, FMC, EAR, Hazmat) and other government agency requirements.
- You have the ability to travel for business purposes
- You have the ability to complete IMO Security training classes.
- You have the ability to work in office 5 days per week
