Your Role
Provide leadership to the local Customer Care team in conjunction with the local Sales Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the local Customer Care team in conjunction with the local Sales Team.
- Ensure close cooperation with Branch and Area management as well as Sea Logistics operations (OCC) for an enhanced customer experience.
- Focus on profit maximization by avoiding additional costs and expenses due to internal service failures.
- Participate proactively in customer visits and meetings as needed, in conjunction with local and area sales personnel.
- Stay up to date with market knowledge.
- Continuously improve processes and controls aimed at achieving consistent customer satisfaction.
- Engage in customer retention for the Sea Logistics account portfolio.
- Analyze and follow up on customer feedback.
- Manage quotations by qualifying customer inquiries, providing KN quotations and updates, and setting final selling prices with individual adjustments.
- 3 years' Sea Logistics experience
- 2 years' Leadership experience
- Must have the ability to analyze data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Must have the ability to travel for business reasons
