Your Responsibilities
- Integrate into a team on one of our major business units - Sea Logistics - supporting our imports operations team and/or billing team based on interest and availability
- Learn Kuehne Nagel systems, terminology, and business solutions
- Participate in internship program activities, such as guest speakers, lunches and check-in meetings
- Keep track of individual learning progress utilizing program resources
- Develop a presentation at the conclusion of the program to demonstrate your learning experience
- Currently an undergraduate student, ideally majoring in supply chain management or related major
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable collaborating with other logistics colleague, including in-person, virtual meetings, and through phone calls
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a positive attitude with an interest in learning and growing
- This position is onsite at our Baltimore office (Linthicum Heights) Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm for the duration of the summer, starting after Spring coursework ends
