Your Role
You will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reporting for all shipping and receiving activities.
You will work Monday - Friday, 12 : 00 pm 8 : 30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $19.00 per hour.
Your Responsibilities
- Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)
- Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments
- Ensure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities
- Communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management
- Perform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound / outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry
- Verify and receive product into inventory
- Other responsibilities as needed directed by management
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems
- AS400 or any other WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and customer service experience
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
