Your Role
As a Revenue Care specialist, you will be the connection between the operations of the business unit and the finance group overseeing profitability. You will ensure accurate, complete and timely recognition of gross profit while reviewing profit and loss statements and file level detail. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire forwarding sub ledger for a business unit in the Quick organization. This will include identifying issues and training operations on how to process a file, so the financials display correctly.

Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- To ensure timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and gross profit confirmation to meet all deadlines for end of month/year.
- To check and index incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all transactions are accrued without error.
- Work with Logistics Service Provider (LSP/vendors) management to resolve any rate discrepancies.
- To ensure the timely closing of the forwarding sub-ledger (FSL) for all files, coordination with our billing and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Reviewing all files to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Training operational users to input cost accruals correctly where there are gaps in automation.
- Flexible 8hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in accounting, finance, logistics or other business related major)
- 1 year of experience in air logistics
- 1 year of experience utilizing a financial system
- Proven knowledge of basic accounting principles
