Your Role
The Third-Party Consolidation/Operations Manager is responsible to ensure all operations are running effective and efficiently by working with the 3PL and various internal and external teams to meet Customer's KPIs as well as implementing improvements of customer service to ensure continuous customer excellence. In addition, the Individual will be responsible for managing the on-site team members to make sure their various tasks and responsibilities are being done. Maintaining the customer relationship and addressing any and all customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner is also part of the Individuals responsibility. The overall goal is process improvements, customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are running Effective and Efficiently by working with the 3PL, Operational Care Center, Customer Care Locations teams to meet Customer's various KPIs
- Constant communication with customer, US and Destination.
- Daily/weekly calls with Customer, 3PL, Operational Care Center, Customer Care Locations
- Escalation management whether it be dwell time, Loading Quality, Customer Upper Management Inquiries.
- Working with other On-site Team Members to make sure their various tasks and responsibilities are being done.
- 3PL Project Implementation: Working with Various KN teams to implement project/process changes with 3PL Center point of contact for Customer and all KN teams for everything in and out of the KN Trimodal Facilities.
- 1-3 years' experience in Sea Logistics
- 1-3 years' experience in People Leadership
- Financial acumen & analytical skills
- Travel required for business needs
