YOUR ROLE
You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.00 per hour.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to manage the outbound department, fulfillment process, and team members to ensure all KPI's and targets are achieved
- Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped according to the customer ship date
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
- Operate material handling equipment
- Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
- Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
- Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
- Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
- Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
- Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
- Be available to work overtime and weekends
