Overview:
We’re growing and looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Coordinator to support our outdoor living projects, with a strong focus on pool installations, as well as landscaping and hardscapes. This position will work alongside our current project team to help manage timelines, customer communication, scheduling, and job site coordination.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing residential pool, landscape, and hardscape projects
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Track project progress, document milestones, and update schedules in our project management system
- Collaborate with sales, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Help monitor material orders, equipment needs, and deliveries
- Identify and address issues before they become problems
- Attend site visits and project meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in pool construction or coordination is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient with software and comfortable learning new systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
