Position Overview:
As a Community Manager in Training, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey to master the art of community management. Working closely with Senior Community Managers, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of managing vibrant homeowner associations (HOAs). - Financial Acumen: Dive into HOA financial planning and budgeting, helping to build financially sound communities while adhering to set standards.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with scheduling and preparing for meetings, keeping the community calendar up to date with events and important dates.
- Community Engagement: Respond to inquiries from community members, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all residents.
