About the Role: Experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager
This role is perfect for an experienced and driven HOA community manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You'll be the backbone of several communities, serving as the bridge between homeowners, boards, and our internal teams. From financial oversight to relationship management, you'll oversee it all, helping communities run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Liaison: Manage and foster positive relationships between homeowners, boards, and our support teams, ensuring seamless communication and quick resolution of any issues.
- Oversee Vendors and Projects: Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Financial Expertise: Conduct monthly financial analyses, monitor budgets, and present findings to the Board of Directors, ensuring your communities stay on a sound financial footing.
- Advise and Educate: Serve as a trusted advisor to boards, offering guidance on policies, financial planning, litigation prevention, and industry changes.
- Keep Communities Running Smoothly: Conduct site visits to review amenities, enforce rules, and ensure vendor compliance.
- Lead Board and Community Meetings: Prepare for, organize, and lead board meetings, annual meetings, and elections, ensuring efficient decision-making.
- Drive Engagement: Develop strategic marketing and communication plans to boost community engagement and provide clear direction.
- Stay Organized: Prepare meeting materials, review and code invoices, and ensure all operational needs are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification (required)
- 2-5 years of hands-on HOA experience
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide others
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to keep projects moving forward
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tech-savvy in general
- An outgoing, approachable personality with a knack for building relationships
