General Job Description
Kugler Company is looking for a self-starting individual to help promote / sell products to our market. This position will study the company’s products and locate key features that will attract customers and dealers. This position’s territory will cover Kansas and could include some territories in Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proven ability to build strong relationships that translate into long term business success
- Can set and achieve both personal and company goals
- Has strong economic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft 365 programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business or other related fields
- 5 years of sales experience (preferred) 3 years of sales experience (required)
- Agriculture experience with crops, fertilizer, or chemicals is required
- Traveling is required
