GENERAL SUMMARY
Directs and has immediate responsibility of marketing Kugler Oil Company products to area producers along with managing day to day activities at the plant.
Major Responsibilities:
- Promotes sales of Kugler products and chemicals
- Customer Communication, recruiting new customers, and customer meetings
- Identify customer needs.
- Help as needed within the location.
- Assist in forecasting fertilizer.
- Assist in distribution functions.
- Delegates responsibility for all aspects of the operation
- Coordinates the upkeep and cleanliness of the plant premises inside and out
- Promotes and enforces safety policy at the location
