KUHN Group is hiring an Agricultural Product Technician to serve as the go-to expert for electronics applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electronics and be able to apply that knowledge to assist dealers and resolve internal and external customer inquiries.
Main Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for all after-sale service issues related to electronic components, collaborating with dealers to troubleshoot and repair scale and monitor components.
- Develop and implement procedures for diagnosing and repairing electronic components, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
- Oversee the warranty claim process, maintaining accurate records and distributing pertinent information to relevant departments.
- Conduct thorough analyses of returned components to identify root causes of failures and inform corrective actions.
- Stay informed about competitor products, analyzing their service and maintenance requirements and field issues to better serve KUHN customers.
Essential Qualifications
- PREFERRED: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Mechanics or Agricultural Engineering Technology.
- REQUIRED: Strong background in customer service, mechanics/repair, electronics, and hydraulics.
- PREFERRED: Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet applications, presentation software, Internet, and email.
