- Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of electronic components to serve as the primary technical expert for after-sale service issues, assisting dealers with troubleshooting and repair of scale and monitor components.
- Component Diagnostics and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostics and repair of electronic scale and monitor components while maintaining an adequate inventory of electronic repair parts.
- Warranty Review and Claims Processing: Review and process warranty claims related to electronic components, maintain accurate records, and distribute relevant reports to applicable departments.
- Failure Analysis: Conduct thorough failure analysis of returned components during warranty claim investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Competitor Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of competitors' products similar to KUHN Group's electronic components, including their service and maintenance requirements and field issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: An associate's or bachelor's degree in agricultural mechanics or agricultural engineering technology is preferred.
- Critical Skills: Possess knowledge and skills in customer service, mechanics/repair, electronics, and hydraulics. Familiarity with application software, such as word processing, spreadsheet applications, presentation software, and internet-based tools is also preferred.
