Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive technical assistance for after-sale service issues related to electronic components, working closely with dealers to diagnose and repair scale and monitor components.
- Diligently maintain inventory levels of electronic repair parts, ensuring prompt availability for repairs.
- Process and manage warranty claims, keeping detailed records and sharing relevant updates with applicable departments.
- Investigate warranty claims by conducting thorough analyses of returned components, identifying areas for improvement.
- Remain knowledgeable about competitor products, staying informed about their service and maintenance requirements and field issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- PREFERRED: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Mechanics or Agricultural Engineering Technology.
- REQUIRED: Proven expertise in customer service, mechanics/repair, electronics, and hydraulics.
