Job Description
As a mid to senior-level attorney, you will be responsible for handling and litigating flood insurance claims on behalf of our clients. Your duties will include drafting and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and conducting trials. Federal Court litigation experience is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least two (2) years of flood insurance litigation experience, excellent research and writing abilities, experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products, deposition and mediation experience, and be an active member of the Florida Bar. You must also be highly organized and self-motivated, capable of operating under minimal supervision.
