Construction Laborer/Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers and Lead carpenter to join our team. As a Construction Laborer/Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction tasks.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and storing them properly after use.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in work performance.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction practices.

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
