We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Technical Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and commercializing apparel products from initial development through TOP, ensuring they meet company standards for fit, performance, construction, and aesthetics.
This position requires a strong understanding of technical design principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop product specifications, conduct product analyses, and maintain clear communication with vendors and factories.
- Develop and maintain technical packages, including garment measurements, tolerances, and grade rules.
- Conduct and analyze product testing, including fit, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and commercialization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of product development and testing.
