What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman position at Kukio Careers?
This position with the Kukio Community Association provides a competitive starting wage of $30.00 - $36.00 per hour. As the Landscape Formean, you will oversee the completion of work asisgnments of crewmembers, assist with field decisions regarding job procedures, machinery use, Report landscape conditions and all disciplinary problems to the Landscape Manager and the Landscape Assistant Manager. The work schedule will require some weekends.
Physical fitness is important, as this role requires traversing various terrains, climbing and physical tasks including but not limited to lifting heavy limbs and other objects. Additionally, good communication skills are necessary to work effectively within a team and provide clear updates on your progress. Previous experience in overseeing a team is a plus, it is not a requirement. We value individuals with a passion for environmental preservation and a willingness to learn.
