Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients: Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients as they arrive. -Manage the patient schedule: Schedule patients via phone, text and email. Check patients in and out.
-Daily reports and payments: Process payments and compile end of day reports.
-Handle administrative tasks: coordinate referrals, record keeping, insurance verification
- Clinical Assistant: Assist chiropractors with patient intake, including documentation of health history.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Provide support during chiropractic procedures, following instructions from the chiropractor, educate patients on self care management strategies
- Maintain inventory of supplies and retail items and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front office/Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred
- Familiar knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is valued
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow systems
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
