Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Implement business process techniques to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide proactive updates on project status and address any issues before they arise.
• Supervise project glazing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Review and finalize complex contracts to reduce risk, identify discrepancies, and mitigate potential financial losses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of program management principles.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Google Workspace.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in supervising teams or leading cross-functional projects is preferred.
• A background in commercial glass and glazing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
