Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning dishes.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff in food preparation, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
- Monitor food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation of food items.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting any shortages or issues.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
