The Agency Director will provide senior leadership and strategic direction for all operations at Fuego Corporation. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with our mission and values.
- Provide vision and direction for organizational growth, partnerships, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on organizational policy and strategic goals.
- Oversee all operational areas, including financial management, HR, program execution, and compliance.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Improve internal systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Lead by example, modeling servant leadership and accountability.
- Supervise and mentor staff; provide structure, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional development.
- Conduct evaluations, onboard new hires, and address performance concerns with fairness and care.
- Build and maintain relationships with churches, donors, educational consultants, government agencies, and other community partners.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
- Support the coordination and growth of our internship and mentorship programs.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience (nonprofit preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Experience in business development, partnership-building, and fundraising.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Financial literacy with experience managing organizational budgets.
- A deep personal commitment to living by Biblical principles and advancing the Kingdom of God through service.
