Kullman Catering is a chef-owned, scratch-made catering company serving weddings and events across the Central Coast. We specialize in contemporary American cuisine, with an emphasis on live fire cooking and seamless event service.
We’re hiring a Catering Operations Supervisor who’s not afraid of hard work. This role is for someone who takes pride in showing up, putting in the effort, and doing things right. You’ll work directly with our chef/owner to lead the kitchen and help push the team forward.

Responsibilities:
* Support prep and event production
* Lead small BOH crews during events and service days
* Assist with client tastings, menu creation, and execution
* Keep the kitchen clean, efficient, and organized
* Help solve problems quickly and without drama
* Set the tone for a respectful, hard-working kitchen culture
Requirements:
* Solid kitchen experience (catering or restaurant) preferred
* Able to lift 50 lbs and work long, demanding shifts
* Must be available Fridays and weekends, and willing to work overtime
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
