Maverik's Summer Intern Program is designed to provide a structured learning experience, equipping interns with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career. The internship will run from June 2025-August 2025, with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week. This opportunity is exclusively available to full-time students currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university. As a Foodservice Operations Intern, you will play a key role in expanding Maverik's foodservice offerings through online ordering and delivery platforms, while gaining invaluable project management experience. Summary of Internship Projects:- Develop a process for adding online ordering and DoorDash delivery to Maverik stores.
- Analyze data to determine which stores are best suited for platform expansion.
- Collaborate with category managers to evaluate and update menu offerings.
- Partner with the training team to create necessary training documents for stores joining the program.
- Develop communication materials for store teams receiving the new program.
- Establish success metrics and track performance across participating stores.
- Build and manage a rollout plan to achieve target store participation.
- Gain hands-on experience in project management and category management within a fast-paced foodservice environment.
- Develop data analysis skills to drive business decisions.
- Enhance communication and collaboration skills by working with multiple departments.
- Build a comprehensive rollout plan and track project progress to ensure successful implementation.
