Summary of Internship Projects: Process Documentation
- Create clear and easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids for critical HR functions, such as:
- Responding to exit interviews
- Managing employee reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed
- Organizing Lighthouse employee feedback reports
- Handling employee complaint and investigation tickets
- Collaborate with the tech team and HR leaders to enhance reporting capabilities for complaint and investigation data using People Assist.
- Audit and update our internal Compliance Database to ensure accurate tracking of legislative changes and legal updates.
- Conduct a company-wide audit of labor law poster compliance in stores and update store location data in the Labor Law Center dashboard.
- Gain practical experience in HR operations, documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Strengthen your project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Present your key findings and process improvements to Maverik’s leadership team.
- Build a résumé-worthy portfolio of impactful HR projects.
