Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist Instructional Designers in the process of creating, developing, and maintaining content
- Complete QA and proofread all content as assigned by Instructional Designers
- Perform quality checks, usability, and accessibility checks for all training content
- Coordinate the creative process for video and visual assets or products
- Support the ongoing maintenance of curriculum assets
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate degree in business or instructional design, or related area.
- 1 years demonstrated success of instructional design experience
- Experience in eLearning authoring programs such as Adobe Suite, Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia for online course creation
- Familiarity with LMS systems and functionality
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance compelling needs
- A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
- Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.50/hourly The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
