Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Engineer with a District of Columbia PE license at KUMI Construction Management Corp. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction management, CPM scheduling, and cost estimating
  • Knowledge of claims management, constructability reviews, QA/QC, and inspection services
  • District of Columbia PE license
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
