Responsibilities
- Manage Center operations and supervision of staff
- Marketing plan development and implementation
- Parent communication and customer service
- Instruct students in an individual setting in our center and address the specific needs of each student.
- Implement the material provided by the Center to create an engaging atmosphere that fosters a high level of learning and progress.
- Equip students with the skills and strategies necessary to achieve success based on the customized individual lesson plans provided by the Center.
- Assist in grading of Worksheets.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Responsible and Reliable
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Passion to work with children
- Associate degree or bachelor's is a plus
This is a part-time job, and the Center Manager will be asked to work Tuesday through Friday 3:00pm - 7:00pm
