Job Title: Early Learner Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: M 3-8, T 4-630, Th 3-8, F 4-630

Join our team at Kumon! This role is perfect for high school and college students who love working with young children (ages 3-6).
What You'll Do:Early Learner Assistant:
- Work one-on-one or two-on-one with early learners to build their math and reading skills.
- Guide students through simple activities, helping them develop confidence and independence.
- Keep young learners engaged in a positive, encouraging environment.
- Assist with classroom organization and prep to keep things running smoothly.
- Provide feedback to the Instructor on student progress.

- Basic math and reading proficiency (you don’t need to be a genius, just confident in elementary-level skills).
