Kumon Math & Reading Center Of Madison in Madison, MS is looking for a front desk assistant to join our team. We are located on 111 Colony Crossing Way, Suite 200 in Madison, MS. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, & reliable!
Anticipated Start Date: Monday, March 3, 2025
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer walk-in questions & talk to student parents
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Manage messaging center (incoming & outgoing messages)
- Assist with New Student Enrollment
- Oversee Student Check In & Check Out Process
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Grade student work & maintain student records as needed
- Engage & communicate with teammates regarding student performance
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to remain patient and positive with students
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fast learner and comfortable with electronics (i.e. computers, tablets, & phones)
