Center Assistant Needed!

Job type: Part-Time
Pay: $14/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with their learning by providing guidance and support.
- Follow oral instructions and communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Contribute to center operations such as grading worksheets, data entry and preparing instructional materials and resources.
- Participate in center meetings and training sessions as required.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in math and reading skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Kumon Math and Reading Center.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children and/or tutoring environment.
- Familiarity with Kumon’s teaching methods and materials.

Schedule:
- Monday and Tuesday 1-5 PM OR Tuesday through Thursday 3-7 PM
