What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Learning Assistant position at Kumon?
Kumon is the world’s largest and most successful after-school math and reading program which caters to students between the age of 3 and 17.
Responsibilities:
Aid in the learning of Math and Reading.
Grading worksheets. Answer books will be provided.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the center.
Skills and Requirements:
Passionate about working with children.
Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, professional, follow directions and patient with kids.
Excellent communication and instructional skills. An ability to observe, understand, and communicate with children.
Providing feedback to the instructor about student’s progress.
Kumon experience is plus.
Experience working with kids between the age of 3-7 is preferred, not required.
