Kuna Engineering is looking for a Senior Geologist to drive exploration programs on the NANA Red Dog lease. Reporting to the VP – NANA Natural Resources, this role will lead discovery efforts in collaboration with Teck’s exploration team. We’re seeking a high-caliber geoscientist with deep technical expertise in ore-forming systems, a track record of designing and executing successful exploration programs, and a strong drive to create value through discovery.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in Geology, Earth Sciences, or equivalent; MSc/PhD in Economic Geology is a plus.
- Experience: 10 years in exploration or mining with strong technical expertise.
- Expertise: Structural geology, base metals, and SHMS/SEDEX systems preferred.
- Skills: Core logging, mapping, data integration, and target generation across diverse deposit styles.
- Software: Proficiency in ArcGIS, Leapfrog, ioGAS for 2D/3D modeling.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership, team collaboration, and ability to manage exploration field programs.
- Safety & Compliance: Safety-focused with First Aid/Wilderness First Aid; valid driver's license meeting NANA insurance requirements.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal/written skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
