Your Responsibilities :
- Customer Welcome Wagon : Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure.
- Service Navigator : Assist customers in understanding their vehicle's servicing needs.
- Problem-Solving Mechanic : Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians.
- Communication Roadmap : Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring they feel valued every mile of the way.
- Knowledge Fuel : Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve.
- Relationship Builder : Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections.
- Quality Control Driver : Ensure all automotive work meets our high standards for safety and performance.
- Customer Satisfaction Advocate : Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI).
