Your Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure
- Assist customers in understanding their vehicle's servicing needs
- Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections
- Ensure all automotive work meets our high standards for safety and performance
- Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI)
- Provide customer transportation as needed
- Monitor stock levels with precision and order parts proactively
- Charm clients with encyclopedic knowledge of manufactured parts
- Craft irresistible deals to promote parts sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to team dynamics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or service industries
- Advanced technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Proven inventory management skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
