Job Summary
The Cashier plays an essential role in providing exceptional service by managing payments, assisting customers, and supporting the office with various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously, ensuring all calls are managed or directed appropriately.
- Receive payments for service, parts, and sales down payments, and reconcile cash payments daily.
- Process wholesale deals and stock in new and purchased units.
- Manage office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
- Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Handle complaints professionally, maintaining a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
