What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bobarista (Part Time) position at Kung Fu Tea?
Looking for one weekend part time employee who can work between 8 and 14 hours per weekend. For the kitchen assignment, employees are responsible for making bubbles, brewing teas, and prepping all ingredients for our drinks. In the front, employees are responsible for taking orders, making drinks to order, and sending out the orders.
Starting pay is 11.00 plus tips but will get a raise once training has been completed. Tips are usually between $2.00 and $2.50 per hour.
Other responsibilities include:
-being compliant with municipal and state health codes
-being compliant with the corporate standards of procedures and audits
-maintaining a clean and organized store
-stocking inventory
-closing the store at the end of the day
Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Understanding of food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Sales experience beneficial
- Food handling and preparation knowledge
- Basic math skills required
- Cash handling experience preferred
