What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bobarista position at Kung Fu Tea?
We are looking for bubble tea lovers to work for the biggest American chain of bubble tea. We are looking for a FULL time employee who will be cross trained to work the kitchen and the front. Weekend availability is a must since the busiest days are Friday to Sunday. In the kitchen, employees are responsible for making bubbles, brewing teas, and prepping all ingredients for our drinks. In the front, employees are responsible for taking orders, making drinks to order, and sending out the orders.
Starting pay is 12.00 plus tips for full time positions, but will get a raise once training has been completed.
Other responsibilities include:
-being compliant with municipal and state health codes
-being compliant with the corporate standards of procedures and audits
-maintaining a clean and organized store
-stocking inventory
-setting up the store for opening
-closing the store at the end of the day
