Position Overview:
As a Team Member at Kung Fu Tea, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing a variety of drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, smoothies, and other beverages following our recipes and standards
- Handle cash register transactions and maintain accuracy with orders and payments
- Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the store
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service
- Uphold Kung Fu Tea’s high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work well with others
- Previous experience in foodservice or retail is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work some mornings with flexible hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.42 - $16.30 per hour
