Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Train and manage staff across various roles including barbacks and front of house staff.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations in all locations.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain high quality and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with franchise owners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Address customer feedback promptly to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial management.
- Experience in quick service restaurants is highly desirable.
