What will you do? Our CEC Champion role is located in-store to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Dealership / CEC Partnership, as well as provide a Best-In-Class customer experience. The CEC Champion will also be responsible for: Maximizing Internet Lead Turn Over (TO) performance, by ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly Create/Set Appointment with Customer (Outbound Calling, Emails, Texting) Confirm appointments with customers to maximize show ratio Preparing for all internet-lead appointments in-store Ensure the vehicle is pulled up, fueled, clean and marked specifically for the customer by name Review notes with Sales Managers and Sales Consultant relevant to customer Assist the store in managing Customer Satisfaction Scores Contact sold customers from the previous day to verify they had a great experience and to remind them of the survey they will be receiving from Lexus regarding their transaction. What are we looking for?
