What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Bakery Production 4pm - Midnight position at Kuppa Joy?
Assistant Baker - Minimum of 1 Year of Professional Baking/Cooking Experience Required to be considered for this position.
(Must be available Sunday - Friday) This is a Full Time position working 35-40 hours per week in the evenings. Shift is 4pm to Midnight.

Assistant Baker Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Know the Mission of Kuppa Joy
- Know kitchen recipes and standards for serving our products
- Maintain correct inventory levels
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Know your Employee Handbook
- Create and maintain excellent products for our customers to enjoy
Requirements:

- 1 year of Professional Baking Experience
