Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Know the Mission of Kuppa Joy
- Excited about work and efficiency
- Know warehouse procedures
- Load and offload incoming and outgoing trucks
- Cultivate and maintain an excellent experience
- Know your Employee Handbook
- Maintain positivity and enthusiasm at all times
- Plan on a typical working day being 8 hours, with a set schedule, including Saturdays (plus Holidays)
- Interact with Kuppa Joy employees and customers in a professional and positive manner
- Ensure all product is stocked in FIFO order
- Problem solve on the fly
- Accurately pull, fill, and organize orders for delivery

Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 year Driving experience preferred with a box truck
- Due to Insurance Eligibility, must be 25 years old or older
- Available Holidays and Saturday (Sundays off)
Pay & Benefits:
- $22 per hour
