We have and exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager - east coast to join our growing team. The selected candidate must reside on the east coast to support east coast locations. As the Facilities Manager - east coast, you will be responsible for managing
the daily work orders, repairs, and replacement s in a timely manner. The responsibilities include but not limited to making occasional “hands-on” store
level repairs as deemed necessary by Supervisor . The position
requires travel
by car, public transportation, and / or plane on a weekly basis depending on each situation. The position collaborates closely with all members of the
Facilities and other departments including S tore Operations management team to achieve r educing overall R&M, replacement costs , and
downtime.
This role is a remote role with weekly travel. Travel is expected to be 50% in support of east coast restaurants. The selected candidate must reside in one of the cities below with close proximity to major airports. :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
responsibilities for both technical and administrative duties, knowledge,
and skills. 60% or more time is focused on the supervisory
responsibilities and the remaining time is spent performing various
maintenance-required tasks and related duties, with minimal oversight and
using discretion and independent judgment as to prioritizing projects.
productivity and the life of the equipment by using sound judgement on
repairing vs replacing equipment.
schedules the maintenance and repairs of all restaurant building
envelopes, interior décor and finishes, and all cooking equipment.

compliance with all OSHA and city ordinances.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES :
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
degree or equivalent vocational school certification of electrical or equipment.
Experience can compensate for education.
or retail environment and at least 3 years of project management experience
managing multiple projects.
PAY RANGE : $82,700 - $110,000 / yr. DOE and geography where the selected candidate resides.
