Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled, empathetic, and professional driver to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives on building trust with clients, and consistently demonstrates a commitment to safety, reliability, and respect. Your role will be critical in ensuring our clients receive not just transportation, but a positive and empowering experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments, treatments, and other destinations within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Provide respectful assistance to clients with mobility challenges, ensuring their safety and comfort when entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped vehicle that reflects our commitment to professionalism.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through clear, compassionate, and respectful communication.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Proactively manage schedules to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, communicating effectively if delays arise.
• Use problem-solving skills to navigate unforeseen challenges, such as route changes or client needs.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the Washington, DC metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to make clients feel valued and understood.
• A natural problem-solver with the ability to stay calm and resourceful in varying situations.
• Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
• Experience in transportation services or working with individuals with medical or mobility needs is a strong advantage and the physical capability to assist clients if needed.

Additional Qualifications–Preferred, not Required:

• Prior experience in transportation services or working with individuals with medical or mobility needs is a plus.
• Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) is strongly preferred, reflecting our commitment to client safety and preparedness.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
