Kure Practice Resource Partners is a niche healthcare consulting group specializing in talent, marketing and growth solutions. We are looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare-focused positions, including clinicians and non-clinical support staff. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to help implement recruiting processes, build employer brands, and work with clients to create passionate and patient-centered teams.
This is a part-time, remote position open to candidates in Baltimore or Miami. Candidates who are able to work Eastern Time Zone hours will also be considered.
Your typical day:
- Develop and execute creative and impactful strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates for assigned clinical and support positions
- Convey the assigned client’s mission and employee value proposition with passion and conviction to attract and retain top talent
- Manage an assigned requisition load and execute the recruitment process and life cycle from start to finish, including applicant sourcing; resume review; phone screens; and coordinating interviews, negotiations, and offers
- Serve as recruiting and sourcing subject matter expert, consultant, and main point of contact to assigned client(s)
- Develop and execute creative, comprehensive, and result-oriented sourcing strategies for assigned roles by leveraging multiple channels to identify and attract top talent
- Provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and assigned clients throughout the hiring process
- Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs, including quality, cost, cycle time, etc.
You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:
- 2 years of experience as an exceptional, full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting. Experience recruiting Advanced Practitioners, Athletic Trainers, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Optometrists, Dental Hygienists, and Physicians preferred.
- Sales-focused and driven to close open requisitions within defined KPIs
- Proven proficiency in developing creative and effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels
- Proven success in developing, communicating, and presenting a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market or field where need outpaces available talent
- Experience and comfort using applicant tracking systems, including posting open requisitions, creating templates and workflows, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields
- Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, and other sourcing tools
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
