Field Service Representative I
Position Objective:
- FSR I is the entry-level position within the Field Service Representative track. Individuals in this role are responsible for executing foundational field tasks, warehouse duties, and supporting operations while under supervision
Requirements for Position:
- Completion of On-the-Job Training (6 months, unless waived)
- Minimum score of 80% on an open-book test on Tech Units (KDP & sKDP)
- Sign-off on all Level 1 SOP competencies (O1, S1, A1)
- Completion of all safety training and certifications
- Valid Driver License
- Completion of all job-specific competencies must be documented using the official FSR Competency Sign-Off Sheet.
- Meeting all requirements makes the employee eligible for promotion but does not guarantee advancement. Promotions are subject to business need and performance review.
Core Responsibilities:
- This position is based on a 24/7 set of activities and, as such, after-hours coordination with management, operations, supply, and tech teams will be required.
- Execute basic field service and delivery tasks under supervision
- Follow Level 1 SOPs for warehouse and field operations
- Utilize Warehouse Management System for:
o Transfers
o Receiving Deliveries
o Job deliveries
o Job returns
- Support DC and SCM with cycle counts, deliveries, and equipment staging
- Maintain clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and trailers
- Assist with loading, unloading, and documenting all materials
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate updates as requested
- Attend and complete all assigned safety and product training
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Understand and follow KES policies related to HSE, operations, and quality assurance
- Demonstrate professional communication using company systems including WMS, job trackers, and shared calendars

- Follow all instructions provided by the DC or Operations Manager and seek clarification when needed.
FLSA Job Classification: Exempt
Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Operations Manager and is supervised on daily basis by the District Coordinator.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
