Job Summary
Our rapidly growing company is excited to post our newest available opening of a Full-Time, Tier 2 - Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be afforded opportunities to grow in and with our company as we expand both inside IL and beyond. We have a passion for people and are looking for someone who shares this passion!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide & Follow up on customer quotes & process orders
- Earn & establish relationships with existing & new customers
- Provide excellent Customer Service by phone, email and in person
- Be a team player, wearing multiple hats as needed to get work done and build the business for long term success
- Utilize the CRM management system to its fullest (upon implementation)
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Traits
Required:
- Friendly, outgoing & professional
- 3 years of experience, preferably in sales of safety & industrial supplies
- Valid IL Driver’s License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-Motivated to get work done in support of team and company objectives
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP experience

· Establish and perform sales strategy in alignment with the company’s strategic plan
· Attend company sales meetings as needed
